That goes for mountaineering, nuclear war, and the purchase of digital cameras. A strange combination of efforts to be sure, but one universal truth is indeed universal. Therefore, if you’re looking for the best digital camera you can get, it makes sense to consider that those who came before you decide to purchase.
Why not benefit from his wisdom, research and decision making acumen? The beauty of having the Internet these days is how easy it is to get these statistics for almost anything. It need not be digital cameras, could be anything. It is also very easy to get very current information as well. Including compact cameras, ultra compact cameras, underwater cameras, SLR cameras, camera lenses and so on and so on. These guys know cameras. Therefore, if you base your decision to purchase the previous best sellers, then you most likely do very well with Canon. They do something for almost any budget.
That does not mean that other cameras do not do well, because they do. As a matter of fact, another manufacturer may be a better choice for you. Some manufacturers prefer to specialize in niche. Kodak, for example, does not make SLR cameras. Therefore, if you’re looking for more than a compact digital camera, Kodak may have more to offer.
